Darla created a beautiful urn arrangement at a reasonable price. She was accommodating to our budget and the time of the service. We could not have been happier with the outcome!! I will be keeping her in mind for future flower services.

Perfect Arrangement not only did a beautiful arrangement for the flowers I ordered , they gave outstanding customer service!! I ordered over the phone in the late afternoon and they still had them delivered the same day. Very friendly and helpful.

Wanted to give this florist a try, so I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary. The flowers were beautiful, delivered on time, and my girlfriend was genuinely happy with them, which is what mattered most. That said, the arrangement she received looked noticeably different from the photo that was advertised. While the florist used similar flowers, the overall design lacked the polished, professionally arranged look shown in the advertised photo. The arrangement felt less full and thoughtfully composed than I was expecting. I also would have liked a larger, more polished bow, as the overall presentation felt a little underwhelming. Having worked in flower shops myself, I tend to notice the finer details in floral design and presentation, so those differences stood out to me. My biggest issue, however, was the final cost. Between the delivery fee, service fee, taxes, and tip, the extra charges added up quickly. I'm still not sure what the service fee actually covered, especially on top of everything else. Overall, the experience was decent, but I'm not convinced it was worth over $100. I wouldn't rule them out completely, and I may give them another try in the future

Stopped by Perfect Arrangements on a whim to my moms house the day she retired. I lucked out and they were able to make a beautiful bouquet on the spot!! Highly recommend, but I would suggest placing an order or request a day or two in advance. Thank you for accommodating me at the last second and arranging this beautiful bouquet!

Darla was amazing. I needed to change the delivery address on the fly because someone wasn't going to show up for work that day, Darla was able to accommodate that change without issue. I then found out that the individual to receive the flowers DID show up for work, so I called her and she was able to catch the driver as he was out to deliver, and circle back to the original destination. Not to mention that the flowers and arrangement were STUNNING!!! That is A+ customer service and I will be a forever client now because of that.
